1. About FWN

FitWithNikita provides online workout content, cycle-aware training, in-person 1:1 sessions, events and physical products.

2. Membership

Membership is £14/month, billed monthly in GBP. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months.

3. 1:1 sessions

1:1 personal training is £30 per session. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. Late arrivals shorten the session, not extend it.

4. Events

Event tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another guest with at least 48 hours notice.

5. Health disclaimer

FWN is a fitness service, not medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting any new exercise programme, especially if pregnant, post-partum, injured or managing a health condition.

6. Tax / VAT

Prices are shown in GBP. Any applicable tax or VAT is the responsibility of the customer.
